God it's so embarrassing watching an amateur act. if you don't act weak with all the sighing and asking questions the whole time, then suddenly you do it and end up shipping it, it's kinda obvious. And once you've shipped it, more sighing doesn't sell it any more.

Asking questions and sighing as if you're being tortured and THEN reraising someone's bet, has to be the biggest tell there is. Still, happy for him, seems like a nice guy

Folding aces is probably the right strategy in this situation, when you're that far ahead on the loose cannon leaderboard, you're playing to keep your stack. He could just get up and leave the table to be honest, really no point playing any more hands and risking trickling off chips, when he can guarantee a small drop from blinds

God, DW and PH have made such bad plays. Calling 3 streets with TT and then PH saying I guess u have KcQc but I call anyway even tho ur super strong with the speech. And then he's holding his head and his hands are shaking. FFS, Phil, haven't u read your own book on poker tells? But Perkins saying 'He's a school teacher, you two have endless trunks of money' was the funniest thing I've seen on this show so far.

To be honest, that Fishman guy makes me mad, when i look at his play after he won that big pot.
I mean how the fuck can you fold aces or kings there.

In that hand where he got Kings he could have increased his stack by the amount Williams had left there. And even if Williams outfloppes him there he would only loose 24 k. So he would be leading anyway.

I think this is the weakness of the show. When a lc has won much he will sit there and wait for the end of the show. This is also bad for the other players at the table, cause they only play with 5 guys and not 6 guys now at the table. It is less action.

dude? weakness? how many shows have we now seen with loose cannons being not as profitable as nadya magnus!?!?!? he is the first one after i guess 5 or 6 players.
and show or not: it's not about the loose cannon, it's about the other players and about the brawls tony g. and phil have started. and now PERKINS, THE SUPREME DONKEY! AHAHAHAAHAHAHAA

this guy is absoluteley hilarious.

I love Cada's hand analysis of the AK hand...

"My image is what made him call..."

His image is that of an unimaginative nit... How would that make somebody call when he fires three streets. DW is just an idiot... lol

@ Drexel

You are right about that AA hand...but what i meant was, that the show isnt that interesting after he won that huge...so i think they should change something in the structure...of course it is fine for him to have that huge amount of money in front of him...but then, when he decided to not play any hand...they could say "ok guy, well played. If u dont wanna play any more we can bring in another player" or something like this...it is just not good for the show and the poker game that lasts for another 40 or so hands... thats all i meant...
AND he deserved that win...he was the best lc so far...you are right about that

hmm don't understand his plays after his big win against hellmuth. why isn't he calling 2k with AA? I mean he could easily check it down and call a small bet on the river or sth. or he can even flop quads or so. but to fold AA for 2k, then you really don't have to look at your cards anymore.
also with KK on the button: he limps which is fine keeping the pot small and so but when the fish on his left raises to 1500 and david goes over the top to 4500$ he really should raise it to somewhere around 10k to isolate williams and get the 25k he's got left. if then perkins decides to go crazy he can leave his hand with just 10k lost and still winning 125 and the passport. I would never leave money on the table, especially not as much as I earn in one year. :P

but before that he played quite well.

williams is so bad, i feel like my IQ is dropping when i watch him play... how can someone like that even be remotely considered a professional? i havent seen a worse call (considering Cadas image and the board) in months, in both tv cash games and my own nl10 sessions.

agree
Only a true cashgame fish like Hellmuth calls with a weak two pair in that spot.

well to be honest I dont mind the AA fold since its potlimit preflop and the pros would call his raise 100% (putting him on exactly KK+) and just take it down with a big bet on any non AK flop.

On the KK hand when he limps and get a raise and a reraise from Williams who is short, well then its a good spot to isolate pot vs him. He would be a huge favorite vs his range and would only risk a small amount. Even if he lost that hand he would still be ahead of Nadya Magnus.
