I keep typing stuff and then erasing it, I don't really know what I want to say. I am just disgusted with the quality of new members lately. It really pisses me off. This site shows a lot of tolerance to the forum posts and the "ban" is rarely applied. We all like to take shots at eachother, swear etc. and when you have been here long enough that's fine. But when you show up out of nowhere and start bitching about everything, when all of your hand postings are "bad beats crying like a baby" or the latest ones where some new idiot has decided that it would be cool to show and title his hand postings as "so and so gets pwned".....really? Perhaps we all need to be reminded of this. Knowing this, you shouldn't be shocked when you get the e-mail.

Respect our community and all our members. PokerTube has grown into a very friendly community where poker players on all different levels like to hang out, chat with fellow ‘PokerTubers’ and discuss our videos, hands and other topics. We have come to the conclusion that we prefer this nice atmosphere and our goal is to keep it that way.
There are a few things that seem to pop up on popular sites like this one that we don’t want to see.
Hate and racist remarks will not be tolerated at all. We might send out a warning to users that tilts badly, but we could also ban someone immediately if the posts are really bad. Hate speech includes speech or language which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation/gender identity.
Don’t harass other members on the site. This includes stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members' personal information. Do not abuse the instant messaging system, if someone doesn't wish to talk to you, please respect their privacy.
Please try not to overuse CAPITAL LETTERS and unnecessary exclamation marks and question marks. Remember – using that makes you shout and scream and we don’t want that here, DO WE!!!???? Since we are a very internationally oriented site with people from all over the world, we would also recommend you not to use too much slang, abbreviations or local dialect. Of course some of us do like the use of swear words, but try to use a good language and not over-use profanities.
Avoid spoilers. The description attached to a video, or a hand in the hand replayer, is often read by someone who is about to watch it. Always refrain from spoiling the video, i.e. telling the person what will come, to avoid irritation.
Spammers will not be tolerated. Do not create misleading comments, private messages or other links that are designed to promote your own website or service. If we find spam of this kind, the website links in question will be sent to blacklist.org, and several other third party spam protection services and you will be banned.
On the rare occasion that a user is banned from the site, it is important that you understand that your account and profile will be deleted and your IP address blacklisted from the entire site, which includes the ability to make any comments at all or the ability to upload your own videos or hands. In some instances, we may send you a friendly warning before adding you to our ban list and there is also a possibility that we will look into any appeal that you may make after getting banned, but there is no guarantee, so just follow the rules.
The final two rules are the most important ones:
Treat others like you would like to be treated yourself.
Having fun and enjoying yourself on PokerTube is mandatory.
