Dan Bilzerian took to Twitter following his arrest on felony charges related to possessing explosive materials, giving his fans (and critics) just a short statement on his experience.

The "King of Instagram" and co-defendant Jeremy Guymon were booked in California on Tuesday, December 9 on two counts pertaining to being in possession of bomb-making ingredients identified as ammonium nitrate mix. The date listed on the criminal complaint that the defendants were alleged to be in possession of explosive materials was November 4.

Here is what Bilzerian was up to on the 4th of November, as per a tweet issued by the 34-year-old playboy on that date.

His actions that day in the desert were likely being watched by the authorities, who apparently waited a month to make an arrest. It is believed that law enforcement continued investigating Bilzerian following Nov. 4, curious to see if further alleged unlawful behavior would surface.

On December 6, Bilzerian was involved in a fracas at a Miami nightclub where he was alleged to have kicked model Vanessa Castano in the face. TMZ reported that Castano has filed a lawsuit against the Instagram sensation, seeking $1 million in damages.

Just a few days after the nightclub incident, law enforcement in California arrested Bilzerian on the explosives charges. He apparently made bail the following day.

With the recent troubles facing Bilzerian, is it a blessing or a curse to resemble the gun-loving playboy? Only these look-a-likes know for sure.
