A 35-year-old man described by Las Vegas Police as being in an "altered mental state" was arrested at Harrah's Casino after he was gyrating and dancing atop a poker table - while completely naked.
Brian Danilczyk, a native of New York, is facing charges of indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and battery for the incident that occurred on Sunday evening, July 9. Several news outlets have reported on the arrest, including Channel 8 News NOW in Las Vegas.
Prior to the shocking display at Harrah's, Danilczyk allegedly picked a fight with an amputee in a bar at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. Details on whether or not the man with one leg suffered any injuries haven't been provided, but Danilczyk was said to be fully clothed at the time.
Following the encounter at the Flamingo, Danilczyk reportedly made his way to the LINQ Hotel. CCTV footage revealed that Danilczyk removed his clothing while at the LINQ and then ran buck naked over to Harrah's.
The gossip news TV show TMZ secured a video of the incident that shows a naked Danilczyk making his way through Harrah's before climbing atop a poker table. Gyrations and dancing movements followed, with Danilczyk flaunting his nether regions to surprised casino patrons.
Security personnel made their way to the poker table where they managed to subdue Danilczyk amid a scattering of poker chips and playing cards. Reports indicate that while questioning Danilczyk after he was taken from the scene and interrogated, he “did not recall the encounter.”
Danilczyk is no longer being detained at the Clark County Jail. He has a date before a judge on Aug. 17.
