Partypoker Marks Power Series Overhaul With Supersized BIG Bounty Hunters

Huge value, low rake, great structures is how partypoker’s Patrick Leonard describes the newly-overhauled Power Series, with the introduction of ‘BIG Bounty Hunter’ tournaments carrying guarantees of up to $200,000 and running every evening.

With buy-ins ranging from a mere $0.22 all the way up to $530, the ‘Progressive Knockout’ (PKO) format tourneys are expected to attract big fields, the headline tournament being the daily $22 buy-in $50,000 GTD Big Bounty Hunter – with this Sunday’s version on the 30th being “supersized” with a massive $200,000 guarantee.

The Power Series changes are yet another positive result of the site’s commitment to take on board player feedback – later registration and a deeper structure chief among them – which also enables earlier finishing times for Power Series MTTs.

With partypoker continuing to waive rake on the bounty element of the PKO buy-ins, the value for players is increased hugely – and with a new daily PLO schedule on the horizon as well as ‘enhanced MILLIONS Online satellites’  it looks like summer isn’t going anywhere for partypoker’s faithful.
