David Haye, a former heavyweight boxing world champion, has joined the party at this year’s World Series of Poker. The Londoner has been looking for a new challenge since bowing out of boxing and seems to have found a new love.

Haye is a character naturally full of confidence but he freely admits that poker is much tougher than he expected. To be fair though, most of us who have put some effort into learning the game have been down a similar path.

PokerNews.com caught up with the man himself in Las Vegas, during a break in play.

Haye spoke to the media a few days ago where he revealed that his old foe Audley Harrison has been taking some time to teach him some basic strategy. The pair used to be sworn enemies, with Haye besting Harrison with a third round knockout back in 2010. Now though, it seems the pair are seeking knockouts of a different kind.
