In the press release from earlier today, PokerStars announced that they have signed their very first members of the Team Pro from India and Japan. Although it is not directly mentioned in the release, this is probably an action aimed at securing a place at the rapidly growing Asian poker market.

The two signed players are respected in the poker community and their passion for the game should help the poker grow more popular.
