Degree 53 Digital Agency Receives UK Gambling License

Degree 53, independent Digital Design and Build agency, has secured UK remote operating license. Their application for Remote Gambling Software was approved in March this year by UK Gambling Commission. After six month of the licensing process the UK Gambling Commission has agreed that the agency complies with Commission’s strict guidelines.

Agency’s new license gives them authority to develop and design various gambling software for UK customers, which means that Manchester based firm can now build gaming mobile applications and websites.

Degree 53 has built mobile apps for many of the top sports betting affiliates and UK licensed gambling clients such as Betfred, Totesport and Kerching. The agency stated that their greatest achievement was the production of mobile Sportsbook for Betfred which, according to the company, has had a positive impact on Betfred’s mobile business.

Their production of Sportsbook for Betfred received positive response from the industry as the Betfred’s mobile’s revenue was up 50% thanks to this addition.

They have recently designed iOS apps for instant access to the best odds and latest offers for sports fans. They have also built an interesting iOS and Android apps for Fidelity for managing childcare payments on the move. The app for Fidelity was built in order to help busy parents.

Digital 53 has also worked with Microsoft and the result was the first ever gambling app for the Windows 8 and Windows phone 8.

The Degree 53 is a growing agency and in their first year of operation they have won two awards for their work - the Big Chip Award for The Best Start-Up and Prolific North Award for “Best Newcomer”.
