PokerStars Launches Twitter Account for Customer Support
8 years ago20 Jul
Having a problem while playing at PokerStars? Want to get hold of customer support pronto and via social media rather than email?
The industry's top poker site has created a Twitter account for the express purpose of providing support to their players. The account was established on July 15 on a trial basis for one month and is available daily from 9am-10pm GMT.
We've just launched a beta version of our Twitter support so if you’ve got a technical query be sure to tweet @StarsSupport for assistance.

During the beta test phase, players are reminded that a number of questions that they might have may already be covered in a section devoted to answering Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). Players are also advised that questions pertaining to their account are perhaps better handled by sending an email to support@pokerstars.com.
Issues or problems with making deposits are taken care of by PokerStars' Deposit Assistance Department (DAD). Support is available via live chat if your deposit fails to be processed. Should live support be unavailable, players can always email dad@pokerstars.com for help.
