Dan Bilzerian will not be facing criminal charges related to an incident at a Miami nightclub late last year in which he was accused of kicking a woman in the face.

The 'King of Instagram' allegedly booted model Vanessa Castano at the Liv in December, the incident captured on video and released over the Internet. But the Miami Beach police apparently viewed a different video - one supplied by the club's security cameras - and found there was not enough evidence to warrant an arrest.

Bilzerian told People that the Liv video was "much better and clearer than the handheld video that was posted online. And it shows that I didn't kick anyone."

Thus, the trust fund millionaire dodged another bullet related to his in-your-face behavior as of late following an arrest in California on felony bomb-making charges just days after the Miami incident. That case was resolved after a no contest plea to a misdemeanor charge of failing to extinguish a fire led to a fine and the promise to be part of a public service announcement for the Nevada Bureau of Land Management.

"I did leave a fire unattended," Bilzerian said of his shenanigans in the Nevada desert that involved blowing up a semi trailer. "I admit that. But it's over now, and I'm ready to move on."

By moving on he apparently means continuing to post images of himself either surrounded by a bevy of beauties, his collection of firearms, or an even more impressive collection of automobiles and aircraft. Those photos have resulted in over 7 million followers on Instagram, a good percentage of whom are put off by his boastfulness.

"People see my pictures and think that I'm an a--hole," Bilzerian admits, "but I'm really not trying to go in that direction. I'm just living my life the way I want to. I have the freedom to do that."

Castano also has the freedom to pursue a civil action against Bilzerian. That case is pending.
