Ryan Fee reviews some concepts outlined in Applications of No-Limt Hold'em: a Guide to Understanding Theoretical Sound Poker by Matthew Janda.
This book comes highly recommended, as it covers the deep fundamental theory behind the game. It is a great supplement to the Upswing Lab, as many of the strategies taught in the Lab adhere to the underlying theory described in this book. Doug and Ryan rarely have much to say in terms of poker book recommendations, but this is a notable exception.
