Once again, the past week did not provide us with as much online highstakes action as we would have liked, but there was just enough to help us get by while waiting for the good, old days of extreme degening to return.

Sunday saw some six figure pots exchange hands, although the biggest winner was not one of the usual suspects. Player going under the alias ‘HoldemJill9’ had a good day at the tables making a profit of $104.5k according to HighStakesDB. His profit came from the heads-up mixed game matchup against ‘Crazy Elior’. This annihilated all the earlier profit ‘Crazy Elior’ came into the match with having had a good early session against the Russian player Alex ‘PostflopAction’ Kostritsyn. Over on PokerStars, player known as ‘WRUUUUM’ made the profit of over $60k while Kostritsyn made up some of his Full Tilt losses playing on his ‘joiso’ account and making the profit of $52.8k.

The action subsided for the next few days. According to HighStakesDB reports, players were back at it on Wednesday, and despite the break, ‘HoldemJill9’ continued going strong, booking another six-figure day, this time to the tune of $118,000. It was pretty much a rerun of the Sunday events, as ‘Crazy Elior’ played a role of the donor again. Kostritsyn was back in shape as he made close to six-figure profit between PokeStars and Full Tilt. Majority of winnings came from his PokerStars PLO games, where ‘josio’ booked just shy of $66k day according to HighStakesDB.

Viktor ‘Isildur1’ Blom may no longer be a part of the Full Tilt ‘pro team’, but this doesn’t seem to affect his passion for poker one little bit. It could possibly change his site of choice, however, as he spent his Thursday session at the PokerStars nosebleeds tables. He took on German player ‘donthnrmepls’ (‘bbvisbadforme’ at Full Tilt) and after several short sessions, German finished up $114k according to HighStakesDB. ‘Isildur1’ dropped another $20k to another German reg, ‘RaulGonzales’, better known as ‘SanIker’ over on Full Tilt.

Good run is not limited to just one site, as proven by ‘bbvisbadforme’. His session on Saturday yielded another $102k of profit on Full Tilt according to HighStakesDB. Germany met Russia, as his opponent on the $500 / $1,000 and $1k / $2k 2-7 TD tables was Alex ‘PostflopAction’ Kostritsyn. Things did not go well for Kostritsyn in the end, despite of valiant efforts.

And the Prize Goes To…

…HoldemJill9 who finished the past week with the profit of $266,000 according to the HighStakesDB. 'bbvisbadforme' on Tilt and the same person playing as 'donthnrmepls' on Stars also booked a profit close to $270k across sites.

Russian pro Alex Kostritsyn had a rough time on Full Tilt where he ended just shy of $104k in the hole, but these losses were annihilated by the good run on PokerStars, so he was actually able to finish the week with the slight profit of $6,000.

Viktor Blom aka ‘Isildur1’ played exclusively on PokerStars last week, but the change brought him nothing good as he still ends up stuck $245k according to HighStakesDB. This adds to his overall losses on PokerStars to make up for the total of $1.4 million in the red.

Times have also been rough for ‘Crazy Elior’ whose tally for the past seven days is $200k in the red, mostly courtesy of HoldemJill9.
