iPoker Rooms Moving to partypoker Network - Coral & Others

The PokerTube predicted closure of the Microgaming Poker Network, otherwise known as MPN has resulted in a re-shuffle of networks and online poker operators that is unlikely to reach a conclusion for some time.

Today, PokerTube can break to you via EGaming Review that Coral Poker will be moving from Playtech’s iPoker Network to partypoker owned by GVC, where they will join BWIN and partypoker traffic.

Players have been given until Midnight to spend their Coral bonuses, suggesting this move is going to be a quick one.

Whilst this is going on, rumours of Betsson and others joining iPoker are circling the industry and we may find the weakening of iPoker changes not only the Betsson group’s decision but the business landscape of online poker in general.

A previously rumoured home for some of the remaining MPN rooms was the Korean owned GGNetwork, however due to regulatory requirements and lack of local licensing it’s understood to be unlikely that an operator of good standing will join GG, even despite what Daniel Negreanu may have you believe!
