Playing strip poker against Jennifer Lopez is a likely fantasy of young boys and men (and women?) everywhere, and Jlo somewhat obliges that fantasy by depicting such a scenario in her new video entitled "Dinero."
Featuring DJ Khaled and Cardi B, the new vid shows Jlo acting like a boss in more ways than one, including at a poker table where she scoops mega-pots and is apparently beating the pants off three male hunks. It's all part of the video's theme that centers around spoofing the life of high rollers.
A diamond-sheathed bowling ball rolled down the corridor of an opulent mansion, roasting marshmallows over wads of burning cash on an outdoor grill, and spray-painting dollar signs on the hood of a sleek sports car are all ways that Lopez makes fun of the high life.
"I just want the green, want the money, want the cash flow" is a line in the song's hook, with Jlo singing while dressed in elegant fashion complete with expensive jewelry, and in one scene, a diamond-encrusted New Yankees cap.
Shot entirely in black-and-white, "Dinero" was directed by Joseph Khan. The song is Lopez' third new release this year, all three featuring the Spanish language, with Lopez apparently preparing to cut an album in Spanish, according to Rolling Stone Magazine.
The song "Dinero" was performed by Jlo at the recent Billboard Music Awards. Cardi B took home the award for Best Rap Female Artist.
