Liv Boeree Launches New Science YouTube Show

Liv Boeree premieres a new science web series on her personal YouTube channel.

Before being recruited into Team PokerStars Pro, Liv Boeree’s first love was science, specifically astrophysics. She holds a degree from the University of Manchester and does public speaking on game theory and effective science communication.

In June, she premiered “Live Curiously with Liv Boeree,” a new science YouTube series. She announced the premiere with the tweet below.

This isn’t her first science show, she previously hosted Amazing Science Adventures on Facebook Watch. She eventually uploaded those episodes to her personal YouTube channel.

In Live Curiously’s first episode, Boeree interviews Anders Sandberg on his paper on the physics of a hypothetical Earth made of blueberries.

While the subject matter may appear absolutely ridiculous, Sandberg’s breakdown of what this blueberry planet would look like and its eventual fate is fascinating.

While she has published no official release schedule at the time of writing, Liv’s tweet clarified that this isn’t a one-time thing. The description under the video promised that she will post her full interview with Anders Sandberg soon.
