Another World Series of Poker is now behind us. The Big One for One Drop lived to see its second incarnation, drawing great attention from the poker and mainstream media, with businessmen such as Paul Newey making the final table and pros like Daniel Nagreaneu winning huge sums of money. Phil Ivey won another bracelet to put his total to 10 while the Poker Brat, Phil Helmuth missed out on any bracelets, and missed the biggest tournament of the year altogether.

All these and many more were the stories of this year’s WSOP. But now the series is over, with only the Main Event final table to be played, and it is time for the grinders to get back to their every day jobs, grinding the tournament circuit around the world.
