It was a semi-active week at the high stakes tables. While the action wasn't booming as much as the railbird society would like it too, the usual suspects put in some hours, earning their easy living the hard way.

The first significant action, as recorded by the HighStakesDB, took place during Monday and it was Swede Mikael ‘ChaoRen160’ Thuritz topping the winners’ leaderboard with the profit of $110k. He was the only one with the profit in the six figure region, coming from the PokerStars 8-game tables. Ben ‘Sauce123’ Sulsky booked a profitable day as well, to the tune of $54k.

The name topping the leaderboard on Tuesday was the one we are not used to seeing in these reports. Player going under the alias ‘spaise411’ finished the day with a hefty profit of $108k. playing at the PokerStars 8-game tables. He was in good company as well, facing the likes of Ben ‘Sauce1230 Sulsky, ‘Fake_Love888’ (rumored to be Patrik Antonius) and Matt ‘MUSTAFBET’ Ashton.

As for Full Tilt, the man seizing the day there was Ben ‘Bttech86’ Tollerene, who added $77k to his roll. German pro ‘SanIker’ had a decent day as well, finishing $62k to the good.

The only six-figure profit on Wednesday was booked by ‘flong78’ and once again it was made at the PokerStars 8-game tables. ‘flong78’ boosted his roll with $106k playing a super long, 20-hour session, against the likes of Phil ‘MrSweets28’ Galfond, Mikael Thuritz and Patrik Antonius.

While the biggest winner of the day may be not as famous, the man who took the second spot on the winners’ leaderboard is anything but anonymous. Jean-Robert Bellande mixed it up with the big boys at Full Tilt, with most of his $82k profit coming from the 2-7 TD tables. Viktor ‘Isildur1’ Blom took on ‘Bttech860 for some heads-up PLO, ending up $70k richer.

Friday was the first day that saw more than one six-figure winner, as Cort ‘thecortster’ Kibler-Melby walked away with $187k profit, while ‘HoldemJill9’ was $135k richer when the clock struck midnight. Kibler-Melby’s winnings came from successful HU 2-7 sessions against ‘Trueteller’ and ‘Isildur1’.

As for ‘HoldemJill9’, he took on JRB at the 8-game tables and his profit came from the heads-up session that lasted about two hours. Ola ‘Odd_Oddsen’ Amundsgard was the biggest winner at PokerStars, banking just shy of $61k.

Finally on Saturday, Alexander ‘joiso’ Kostritsyn returned to his winning ways after having a few small losing days, more than making up for it with $260,000 profit at the PokerStars tables, facing the likes of Daniel Cates, Patrik Antonius and Mikael Thuritz.

Broke living?

Last week’s big winner was the Swedish pro Mikael ‘ChaoRen160’ Thuritz, finishing with $319,000 to the good. Cort 'thecortster' Kibler-Melby finished this week adventure at the nosebleeds $191k richer.

‘flong78’ added $126k to his online roll as well, while ‘HoldemJill’ finished with another $120k.

On the other side of the spectrum there weren’t any really big losers, at least in terms of games played. ‘Trueteller’ dropped $140k, while Dan Cates finished down around $98,000.

Jean-Robert Bellande’s adventure finished with the loss, but not a huge one, as he was down $22k at the end of the week. As for ‘Isildur1’, he too booked a small loss of $26,000.
