The Microgaming Poker Network (MPN) will host a festival this upcoming week that's dedicated to players of Omaha and combine it with Halloween on Saturday, October 31, aptly naming the series the 'Four Card Fright Fest.'

The tournament schedule for the 7-day festival features 14 events with €12,000 in guaranteed prize money. The game type of every tournament is Pot Limit Omaha, with buy-ins ranging from €1.10 to €55. Of the 14 events, three will be played under a PLO Hi/Lo format, the others as PLO with no split pot.

This Halloween we’ll bring four cards to the forefront in a full-on festival of fright,"

Said MPN's Alex Scott, who has been anointed with a new title this week, that of Chieftain of the Undead Poker Horde.

If ever there was a more wicked poker game than Omaha, I haven’t played it.”

Two tournaments are scheduled each day during the festival, culminating in the €55 buy-in Finale on Nov. 1 that guarantees €5,000 in prize money. Half of the events feature an entry fee of just €1.10, with most of the others at either €2.20 or €5.50.

The Four Card Fright Fest is not only for multi-table tournament players. Extra cash will be added to €1 to €20 Pot Limit Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo Sit N Go games. And for cash game players, just play at least one hand of real-money Omaha to win a free €5.50 satellite ticket to the €5,000 guaranteed Fright Fest Finale.

No flopped monster will survive!”

Scott added, with regard to the fun, week-long festival.
