World Poker Tour has teamed up with the Tiger Woods Foundation to bring fourth annual charity poker event to Las Vegas. Tiger Jam kicks off on Friday, May 15th with Tiger’s Poker Night which is presented by World Poker Tour.

WPT will film some of the action from the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas from May 15 to May 17 which will be hosted by the famous golf player Tiger Woods.

A charity event that will last for two days will include high-stakes poker and world-class golf, all for the benefit of the Tiger Woods Foundation that helps children to get college education.

After poker charity event there will be a rock concert, special charity golf tournament and Tiger’s Jam live and silent charity auctions. Participants will have a chance to test their golf skills at Shadow Creek which is one of the most famous golf courses in America.

Tiger Jam offers the perfect Vegas weekend with poker and golf experiences that participants should remember for a long time. The money raised will go to Tiger Woods Foundation that aims to break the cycle of poverty.

Thanks to the sponsors and American professional golfer, Tiger Woods, the foundation has helped many children to realize their dreams. To date, the foundation has raised more than $17m and has provided the college access to children that can’t afford the education.

Those who love poker and those who are willing to raise money for Tiger Woods Foundation will have an amazing experience at Tiger’s Poker Night.

Participants in the event will have an opportunity to rub shoulders with famous poker players such as Daniel Negreanu, Antonio Esfandiari, Phil Hellmuth, Doyle Brunson and other poker stars. Prizes include a round of golf with Tiger Woods and other PGA pros as well as some unique items.

Poker players are no strangers to raising funds through charity poker events or auctions. Mike Sexton has claimed at the 2014 American Poker Awards that poker donates more money to the charity than any other sport.

Liv Boeree, Igor Kurganov and Philipp Gruissem are all part of the team Raising for Effective Giving (REG). REG is a community of professional poker players who are interested in making a positive impact. There are many ways to get involved in charity actions and the poker community has proved once again that poker players are always willing to help.
