ACR Hunt for the Next Moneymaker

ACR has launched a new, exciting promotion to seek out the “Next Moneymaker” in honour of their newly signed brand ambassador. Earlier this year Chris Moneymaker put pen to paper in a deal to switch to the number one US-facing platform, and now he is helping to find a player who can emulate him.

For mere pocket change you can win the chance to bag a major sponsorship deal of your own worth a tidy $105,000.

The Man Who Changed it All

For those who are new to the game of poker, Chris Moneymaker was the man who turned a niche pastime into a major sport played by millions across the globe.

After buying into an $86 satellite tournament he went on to win a seat to the main event of the World Series of Poker. Incredibly, he also went on to win the big one for $2.5 million sparking a major poker boom that turned the game into what it is today.

So, to celebrate this amazing story, and to welcome Chris Moneymaker to the ACR family, a sponsorship deal with a $105,000 hand out is on the table.

• $25,000 in cash
  
• $40,000 online tournament buy-ins
  
• $40,000 live tournament buy-ins
  

All the lucky player has to do is play a selection of qualifying events that cost a single cent. That’s right, 100 shots at glory for just $1.

How it All Works

• Enter specially marked tournaments for $0.01 in between April 12 through July 4, 2021.
  
• The top 100 (approx.) finishers of each event will accrue points for a weekly leaderboard.
  
• At the end of every week the top five scores for each player will count with the top 30 leaderboard finishers advancing to the grand finale event scheduled for July 11, 2021.
  
• If there is a tie for 30th place then both players will advance and play in the grand finale.
  
• The qualifying tournaments will run for 12 weeks.
  

The multi-day final tournament runs on July 11th; 18th; 25th and will decide who is the “Next Moneymaker”.

This is not an opportunity that you should let go lightly. There will be tons of events running at all times of the day, so there are no excuses. Get stuck in and stake your claim to be the “Next Moneymaker”.

Terms & Conditions

• Which tournaments played for both live and online events will be at the sole discretion of Americas Cardroom.
  

• In the result of a tie during the weekly qualifier for 30th place, both players will advance.
  
• Travel arrangements for Live Events will be coordinated and reserved by Americas Cardroom.
  
• The winner of “The Next Moneymaker” package will be an Americas Cardroom sponsored pro, and agree to be made available for branded interviews, photos, and promotional opportunities.
