Bill Perkins Crushing High-Stakes Draft Action for Super High Roller Bowl

Bill Perkins, the super-rich hedge fund manager with a taste for gambling, has been busy running some drafts for theoretical teams in this year’s Super High Roller Bowl event, which starts on May 27th. These are all the players who put their name down for the event – paying a non-refundable $30,000 deposit.

Banter over who are the best high-stakes regs is usually guaranteed to see a few sparks. For this first poll of teams though, the results were actually clear. Any MTT team with Fedor Holz, Bryn Kenney and Justin Bonomo is bound to be a favourite pick. This trio has almost $77 million in live tournament cashes between them.

Cash game legend Timofey “Trueteller” Kuznetsov jumped straight in to give his opinion.

Now, we were onto the proper draft of teams of six players.

This one, however, wasn’t tougher like Perkins said, according to the Twitter crowd. Mike “Timex” McDonald had the team of the century! And he even chipped in himself.

Perkins is obviously easily bored these days and finished off with a draft of the guys that were undrafted in the first run.
