Playing in multiple events simultaneously has certainly been done before at the WSOP, but can anyone recall a player competing in the Main Event and a High Roller at the same time – and finishing in the money in both?

Cary Katz did it, getting plenty of exercise in the process.

“Go Cary go,” Daniel Negreanu said on his WSOP vlog while watching Katz run from table to table. “Too much money, that’s the problem, for some people.”

Katz finished in 12th place in the $50K High Roller for $112,357 and 311th in the $10K Main Event for $38,240.

Watch Daniel’s vlog from the 6:30 mark to see Cary do his multi-table sprint.
