Dan Bilzerian has placed his Las Vegas bachelor pad on the market and intends to move to a bigger home closer to his younger brother, Adam.

The Instagram King is asking $5,100,000 for his 5-bed, 9-bath home at 30 Meadowhawk Lane in the Summerlin South neighborhood of Las Vegas, Nevada, TMZ reported. Bilzerian has owned the house since May 2014 after purchasing it for $4.1 million.

Living in Splendor

The 9,404 sq. ft. home has a number of stunning features including a sweeping staircase, gourmet kitchen, elevator, library, sauna, wet bar, fireplace, and fitness center. Indoor entertainment is provided by a game room and theater.

Outdoors the home comes complete with a built-in backyard barbecue grill, covered patio, deck, swimming pool with infinity edge spa, tennis court, and a fire pit. If it gets too crowded around the fire pit, the courtyard with fireplace can accommodate the overflow of partygoers.

Magnificent Views

The new homeowners will enjoy “incredible city, mountain and golf views” from the estate that is situated “on a .37 acre golf front lot on Bear’s Best golf course,” according to Zillow.com. The online real estate database company listed the home’s 2016 property taxes at $23,206.

An attached 4-car garage measured at 1,107 sq. ft. has protected some of Bilzerian’s cars and toys during his two and a half years at the Summerlin South address. Well-known for his love of guns and weapons, there is a separate room for those “toys” as well.

The Instagram playboy, who now boasts 20.1 million followers on the social media platform, is also famous for surrounding himself with a bevy of porn stars and models. Those lovely ladies are not included in the $5.1 million asking price.
