Another Bitcoin poker site is now available to players and this one may have a familiar name to some. Infiniti Poker, which made a brief appearance under a soft launch about a year or so ago, has returned as of February 6.

That soft launch was put out of commission last February due to "fraudulent actions of a handful of security infiltrators, multi-accounters and colluders," according to a message from Infiniti Interactive founder and CEO Michael Hajduk. Infiniti Poker has apparently tightened ship and set sail on a new course that will involve both Bitcoin and credit card deposits.

As of now, only Bitcoin payment processing is available. But Mastercard and Visa payment options are due to be added "in the coming weeks." It's all part of a plan of "being the world's first and only US-facing online poker platform that unifies both real-world fiat and crypto currencies under the same payment option umbrella."

Players with a sharp memory will recall that Infiniti Poker was being readied for a launch back in 2012 under a beta test phase with a grand vision of using webcams while playing. Dubbed "Infinivision," that concept was said to include a “Peripheral Resolution Interface” that enabled a broader view of players on either side.

That broader view was apparently needed more to snuff out the fraudulent activity that was uncovered last year. An Infiniti Poker Nation newsletter for February makes no mention of Infinivision, but the website continues to tout its virtues.

In any event, players who like to try new poker rooms or rooms that have relaunched after fixing troubling issues will find a 100% up to $1,000 deposit bonus or 50% lifetime rakeback at Infiniti Poker. The U.S.-friendly site also boasts of "a full Sit & Go and MTT tournament schedule."

Those who may have downloaded Infiniti Poker in the past are instructed to uninstall and download the new version. Players from around the globe are welcome at the site.
