partypoker have joined forces with Bill Perkinsā€™ aspirational, poker-based streaming site The Thirst Lounge in a sponsorship deal which could see both reach new heights and audiences

Although details of the official sponsorship agreement are thin on the ground as of now ā€“ a partypoker press release promising ā€˜to make more exciting announcements in the coming daysā€™ - the combined forces make for very interesting bed-fellows.

Bill Perkins, the philanthropic hedgefund billionaire with a passion for poker and everything that surrounds the game, launched The Thirst Lounge back in 2016 ā€“ and has watched it grow into a hugely-popular Twitch TV sensation.

He said of the surprise deal:

ā€œI am thrilled that partypoker is ā€œthirstyā€ to come on board and support this exciting venture with us!ā€

The ā€˜Thirst Lounge 10ā€™ ā€œcomprises an eclectic network of ten content creators of varied life experience from across Europe and the USā€ says the partypoker memo, adding that they, ā€œall enjoy a shared passion for producing quality, poker-related contentā€.

Among the streamers in Perkinsā€™ creative poker stable is none other than Cat ā€œ@catrificā€ Valdes, who we featured a while back as she fought her way through the plethora of sizzling-hot new poker streamers, now boasting over 53million views on her channel.

Poker pro and all round superstar Ebony Kenney shared her thrill at the sponsorship from the delights of the Virgin Islandsā€¦

ā€¦while perhaps the best-known member of all, Jeff Gross, was also in the frame ā€“ only a week after parting ways with rival site PokerStarsā€¦

Another member is Kelly ā€œ@the_lllestā€ Minkin, who shot to prominence in last yearā€™s WSOP main Event with an impressive deep-run ā€“ matching her 2015 performance as ā€˜last woman standingā€™.

Justin ā€œ@fattrainā€ Kelly and Adam ā€œ@AdamScottKleinā€ Klein are also part of the varied team at the Thirst Lounge, and partypoker will be looking to add their experience and social presence into the mix.

Bill Perkins said of the announcement:

ā€œThanks to partypoker for putting their faith in The Thirst Lounge. We work with a fun, outgoing group. It will be a pleasure to watch them grow and develop The Thirst Lounge as well as their own brands."

Naturally, whenever partypoker and The Thirst Lounge release details of their deal youā€™ll be the first to hear about it!
