The second running of the New Jersey Championship of Online Poker (NJCOP) has been announced by Partypoker for April 16-26, 2015.

A total of 32 events are on the schedule with prize pools collectively guaranteed at $1 million. That's a significant increase over the inaugural NJCOP and its $600K in guaranteed prize money.

The schedule released thus far is considered a draft, according to a posting at 2 + 2 by a Partypoker representative. The reason that the schedule is not yet set in stone is because organizers are seeking input from players, specifically, "whether you like the timing, events, buy-ins, format, structure, etc. So… please share your feedback on any and all details."

From the looks of some of the feedback, Partypoker reps got a bit more than they bargained for.

From 'jkidd1084' at 2 + 2: "Feedback: Run a site that doesn't disconnect every four seconds. Run a site with a customer service team that doesn't try to **** in the mouth of every customer. Run a site that takes responsibility for their failure to produce an as-advertised product."

A poster by the name of 'yesman123' was somewhat kinder, but not much: "The question really is, during which of the tournaments will players not be able to play because of a server or software problem?"

NJCOP did suffer some problems last year, including the High Roller event that paid only the top two places. But in fairness, there are almost certainly going to be issues involved with launching a new online poker regime. Players can count on NJCOP II going off a bit better this time around.

One player who certainly put the past behind him was 'TonyFlow27,' who posted: "need more $50 freezeouts and less R&A at that price point. With all the players coming to the Borgata Spring Open, you should try a large guarantee for a $50 freezeout. I could see it easily smashing a $30,000 guarantee on a sunday. Definitely need a bunch of satelites to the $100+ events as well. Looks like a nice selection of tournaments. Hoping this series run much smoother for you guys."

The headlining tourney is the $150,0000 guaranteed Main Event set for April 26. Players within New Jersey can log on at either nj.partypoker.com or borgatapoker.com to compete in NJCOP II.
