partypoker Revamps Monster Series Returning with $2 Million in Guarantees

The latest installment of the partypoker Monster Series is returning on September 29th through to October 7th. Even bigger and better than before, the festival has seen sweeping changes to make it more inclusive for micro-stakes players.

The smallest buy-in stands at only $0.11, with the largest $22 - down from $55. Spread over an incredible 201 tournaments, players will be competing for a stellar $2.1 million in guarantees. Every tournament format you can imagine will be included over the nine days of action. Favourites such as “PLO, Mix-Max, Deepstack, Battle and Big Ante” will run alongside the much loved progressive knockout events. 

Build Your Bankroll

As an extra piece of value the $0.11 tournaments will incur no rake giving recreational players extra incentive to build up their bankroll.

Jaime Staples, one of poker’s most popular Twitch streamers recently switched his allegiance to partypoker. As a man who built up his bankroll playing low buy-in events he knows exactly what it takes to rise through the stakes. He said:

Main Event Time

Four separate Main Events will be held on October 6th - all in the progressive knockout format. A combined total of $138,500 in guarantees gives players plenty to fight for with serious bankroll changing sums on the table.

The final day of the series will see a return of the “Phase” tournaments. Three events will be held with no direct buy-in option available. Players must qualify through Phase One tournaments and will then carry their stack over the final event.
