I do my best to avoid writing shitty poker articles, but in this particular instance, it couldn't be avoided.

A Kentucky man claims to have been humiliated when the JACK Casino in Cincinnati, Ohio asked him to leave the premises because he allegedly crapped in his pants. Identified by Fox19.com as "Tyler," the poopy poker player believes his winning ways was the reason behind the ejection, not because of anything that may have been left in his behind.

β€œThis occurred during the $1,000 free money giveaway in the poker room,” Tyler said, adding that the entire incident left him "extremely embarrassed" and hopeful that other casino patrons are not subjected to the same humiliation.

Promo Winner or Crappy Player?

Tyler stated that he won $2K in the promotion and was singled out because JACK Casino representatives didn't want him adding any more cash to that amount.

Not so, claimed the casino bosses. A number of customers apparently reported that Tyler was seen throwing out his stained underwear in the restroom and that he smelled rather bad.

JACK reps also indicated that footage from security cameras will corroborate their claims, but that the video can't be released without a judge's order. The casino further stated that their "top priority is to continuously provide a clean and sanitary environment to the three million guests that visit the property annually.”

Tyler made a two-hour trip in order to play poker at JACK Casino and take advantage of the promo. He stands by his story, going so far as to take a photo of the inside of his pants to prove that they were free of any stains.

"This was beyond strange," he said, admitting to weighing his options and feeling that the casino deserves "some type of punishment .... some type of humiliation."
