The next time I'm in Vegas, I'm going to have to get a cheeseburger from the Burger Lounge near the poker room at Aria. The Trooper stopped and ate there during one of his recent vlogs, and man, that burger looked scrumptious.

But even more delicious-looking were some of the pots at the Bally's PLO table where The Trooper and some of his buddies were playing. A few friends from his old stomping grounds in South Carolina made the trek to Vegas and The Trooper dutifully took them to Bally's for a crazy night of poker.

Not My Game, Man

The original Las Vegas YouTube blogger admitted to being out of his element playing Omaha, which was apparently the complete opposite from his sojourn to the Burger Lounge, where he appeared to be comfortably in the zone while munching on that monstrous burger. If this low stakes poker and vlogging gig should begin to wear on The Trooper, a stint as a vlogging food critic may be right up his alley.

"I'm not good at PLO, " The Trooper insisted, and he likely won't get an argument from his viewers after it was revealed that during one hand he didn't realize he had quads. He also confessed to playing pocket Aces rather poorly, but managed to triple up, nonetheless.

Friends' Honest Evaluation of His PLO Game

The Trooper bought in for $500 in the $1/2 game with a $10 straddle and $500 cap, lost that, and dug into his pockets for $500 more. While many losing poker sessions start out exactly the same way, this one has a happy ending. The Trooper reported a profit of $1,760 after he and his South Carolina buddies exited Bally's in the wee hours of the morning.

With his pockets bulging after a successful and fun night of PLO, The Trooper had to endure some good-natured ribbing from his cohorts as they left the casino and made their way to bed for some well-deserved shut-eye.

"You played like shit," The Trooper was reminded more than once by his friends. A half-hearted attempt at explaining his actions and play followed, but The Trooper conceded that it hadn't been his finest hour at the poker tables.
