UKIPT Isle of Man: Martins Adeniya Bubbles the Final Table, Ludovich Geilich in the Final Eight

After an entire day of great poker and a lot of interesting action yesterday, we’ve reached the final eight battling for £64,000 first place and the title of UKIPT Isle of Man winner.
Forty players started the penultimate day of the UKIPT Isle of Man, all with their eyes set on the seat at the final table, but all of them aware that 32 would have to leave disappointed for this to happen. As blinds were moving up and short stacks started to look even shorter, one by one the players hit the rail, with the hopes of those still in growing with every new departure.
For the Team PokerStars Online’s Adrienne ‘talonchick’ Rowsome it wasn’t meant to be, as she was eliminated by Josef Snejberg in 12th place for a prize of £4,650. She moved all in with A-Q off-suit after Snejberg’s open to 32,000 with pocket Aces. She couldn’t find the way out of that one and was subsequently sent to the rail.
Ian Marmion found himself on the losing side holding pocket Aces. Marmion moved all in on the turn for 327,000 and he was snap called by Marc Radgen who had turned the nut straight with 10-J against Marmion’s set of aces. Blank came on the river and no pairing on the board meant Marmion would only claim 11th place.
Cristopher Corkhill was eliminated in 10th place for a prize of £5,360. As a short stack, he pushed all of his chips in the middle with A-K off-suit and found three callers. This was a great chance to get back in the game, as Gavin’s Q-8 turned into two pair by the turn.
Martins Adeniya Bubbles the Final Table
Martins Adeniya was all set to be part of the final table, but he has painful bad beat with pocket Kings against David Hill and his J-T of spades. David opened with J-T, Adeniya raised to 125,000, and after some pondering David shoved his stack prompting a snap call from Adeniya. Martins' hopes for to enter the final table as the big stack were crushed however, as Hill paired his Jack on the flop and Ten on the turn to ship the pot his way and send Adeniya to the rail.
Lost KK v J10 for decent final table stack. Annoying way to bust but lots more action coming up in London! #UKIPTIoMpic.twitter.com/89nQoHpsiC
