The UK Gambling Commission announced last month that 666Bet has returned money to numerous customers. Online gaming operator confirmed the announcement adding that they have set deadline of May 24 for withdrawal requests. The operator warned that all withdrawal requests made after May 24 will not be processed. However the customers have experienced difficulties in making withdrawal requests and numerous customers have not yet been paid, according to the latest Commission's report.
Metro Play’s chairman informed Gambling Commission about his plans to make additional funds available in order to enable payments to customers. Commission reported that customer support resource is still not provided so players are unfortunately unable to make contact with Metro Play.
Although customers can’t contact Metro Play, it was announced by its chairman that they will publish contact e -mail on both websites from Monday June 1st. Customers are now able to contact Metro Play with the queries.
Metro Play also plans to contact customers whose withdrawal requests weren’t processed. The company stated that they will offer alternative payment method to Skrill, which will probably be a bank transfer.
However the Gambling Commission has only published these statements on Metro Play and 666Bet behalf as companies are currently unable to contact their customers. Commission explained that they can’t assist customers in recovering funds adding that they also can’t guarantee the accuracy of the statement.
The Commission was informed that numerous customers have been repaid via Skrill account but the current situation shows that many players are still waiting for their money. However when it comes to 666bet customers, Commission can only provide information related to the Metro Play and 666Bet.
They can’t return the funds to customers of the troubled online gambling operator and they certainly can’t guarantee that all 666Bet clients will get their money back.
The angry 666Bet customers who are struggling to recover their funds demand answers and their cash from the company. They have already launched a petition, describing 666Bet as a company of thieves. Many believe that statements of the companies and press releases that sound so promising are only raising customers’ concerns.
The customers whose funds stayed frozen on the website didn't find recent explanations about current situation acceptable as they only want to know when 666Bet will return their money.
UK Gambling Commission has said that 666Bet is doing everything in their power to return personal funds to its customers. However many customers have lost the confidence at this point as they believe 666Bet failed to meet their obligations.
