Marc Inizan first picked up a stack of chips in 2005 after seeing the WSOP in his home nation of France. His first foray into the world of cards and cash was online, slowly building up a bankroll in the fish friendly post-poker-boom waters. His mathematical education served him well and he found his pile of shekels growing and growing through large online tourneys and Sit’N’Gos.

His first big break live came after satelliting into the CA$10,000 North American Poker Championship, Niagara Falls, where he took down 24th for CA$51,065. After seeing he could make it IRL as well as online he began entering more events, and playing cash.

His real move into the limelight came in the bumper year of 2010 when he final tabled the WSOPE Main Event in London taking 9th place, and third in the EPT Berlin event for nearly a half-million Euros. On top of this, in that year, he took home 13th in the $10,000 PLO event at the WSOP in Vegas, and made the final table in three smaller tournaments back en France.

The Berlin EPT remains his biggest cash to date, and with close to $1million in tournament winnings a the time of writing he is ranked 61st in France for tourney cashes.
