I don't think that you should beat yourself up too much over that hand. What makes sense about middle position 3 betting your UTG raise, with a calller between, with 45 OS? Answer is : Nothing. Thus any reasoned analysis is countered by irrational PF 3 bet information. AA and KQ hearts (even 4-5 hearts) far more in the mix than 4-5 OS. The reasonably available set of bluffing hands just does not include 4-5; had to be shown that one to believe it.
