Today, Doug Polk has something a bit more serious to talk about. He received a cease and desist letter from Game Show Network, demanding that he take down all videos with any High Stakes Poker footage. He irmly believes that these hand breakdowns are protected under Fair Use law, and has lawyers of his own looking into this, but today he is taking down 17 episodes of poker hands.
