Mid Stakes Heads Up Sit and Goes

Im trying to improve my heads up play, which although I believe is decent Im sure could use some tweeks here and there. \nThis is a short session but hopefully you identify some mistakes that I am usually prone to making.\nP.S. \nWhen I say stuff like I dont believe he has it or lets hope he bets, I am actually running his range through my head and thinking of past tendencies. Its not just some gut feeling or crap like that. I just cant be asked to explain my thought process when I only have 15 seconds to act.\n\nThanks.
