24-year-old Edgar Delgado entered the Hard Rock Casino on March 25, 2023. There, he met 32-year-old Omar Garcia and the two spent several hours together drinking. However, the evening took a tragic turn when an argument erupted between the two men. The situation escalated, and Delgado pulled out a gun and shot Garcia, resulting in his death.
