Actor Ray Romano plays his seventh WSOP Main Event and we met him at the last break of day 1B. Last year was his best result where he made it to day 3, but this year he feels like it will not be as good as he just before the break lost a big pot with AT to A6 when a six came on the river.
“Poker is like getting a puppy. It is all exciting in the beginning, but you know it will end in tragedy”, says Romano. Romano’s son is playing the Main Event for the first time and according to Ray he got two to three times the stack of his dad. Ray will continue to fight with his 16,000 stack, which is at the moment 40 big blinds, to beat his record from WSOP 2013.
