MPN will welcome a new skin to its network toward the end of the year as Guts.com is preparing to expand its online casino and sportsbook to
include poker.
The Guts.com brand is a product of the Gaming
Innovation Group, who already is tied to Microgaming and its Quickfire
software with its casino and mobile offerings. The move to poker is seen as win-win, considering MPN’s established presence in the industry and
the growth of the MPN Poker Tour.
“Guts.com are joining us at a
very exciting time, and we look forward to working with them closely
over the coming months, in the build up to launch,” said Microgaming’s
Head of Poker, Alex Scott.
MPN is just outside the top ten of
worldwide online poker rooms and networks, according to the cash game
player statistics provided by PokerScout. A couple months ago, the
Microgaming Poker Network welcomed Thrill Poker to the fold and
established a new platform targeting the growing market in India.
Despite losing Unibet and Ladbrokes in past years, MPN is expected to increase
its share of the Internet poker market in the future.

commitment to the game through rapid product innovations and a popular
live tour,” stated Gaming Innovation Group CEO Robin Reed.
