We’ve seen PokerStars fuse eSports with poker to create Power Up, Americas Cardroom combine tournament poker with cash games to form The Cage Live, so perhaps it was inevitable that a hybrid would develop from poker and …… the Macarena?
Yes, that dance craze emblematic of the 1990s broke out at a PLO cash game at Live at the Bike recently. The players seated at the table and involved in the hand may have found it difficult to concentrate on poker while a few beauties (and Big Al) reprised Macarena dance moves.
