PKR Adds Option for 2D Table Views

Online poker players at PKR have a new option at their disposal following the release of a two-dimensional table view that was rolled out as a complement to the standard 3D view.

The 2D version has been put into play with multi-tablers in mind, allowing for an instant transition between the full three-dimensional view and the new, slimmed-down 2D option. This latest development from PKR follows the launch of PKR Poker version 3.0 late last year that saw the site experience a significant increase in the number of hands dealt per hour.

“Clearly, our 3D poker software remains our most important product, but a really good 2D option was long overdue," said PKR Head of Content & PR, Dan Grant. "It’s vital that we have something competitive to offer the many players to whom 3D didn’t really appeal, as well as former PKR players whose tastes or game activity may have changed over time."

Those former players may want to click their way back to PKR and check out some of the recent changes made to enhance the entire poker-playing experience at PKR, including the 2D table views.

Grant added that the new feature, "along with the revamp of our Sit & Go offering, increased investment in our loyalty programme and upcoming improvements to our sports, casino and website - shows players we mean business.”
