Americaâs Card Room â ACR â are promising a July treat for 50 lucky poker players, with $650,000 of WSOP Main Event packages up for grabs in the run-up to Independence Day on July 4th.
The incredible offer sees ACR putting the World Series up there with âbaseball and apple pieâ when it comes to the US holidays and have scheduled a wide array of online tournaments to allow you to fight your way to the Vegas biggie.
Weâve already witnessed some amazing action at the Rio, all the way from Doug Polk taking down over $3.6 million in the $111,111 High Roller for One Drop to Thomas Pomponio besting 18,053 other hopefuls in the $565 buy-in Colossus III event, so what do ACR have in store for their Vegas winners?

The Packages
- a golden $10,000 ticket for the Main Event. Everyoneâs dream, of course, and thereâs 50 of them up for grabs.
- $2,500 in expenses for travel and accommodation. Again, 50 players will be able to live their Vegas dream in style.
How to get there
- a 50-seat qualifier to the 2017 WSOP Main Event. It has a $540 buy-in, but if thatâs too much you can make your way to the event via daily satellites, MEGA satellites and step tournaments.
- if you canât make July 2nd because of other commitments, donât panic say ACR - you can still win your $12,500 package two other ways via their Jackpot Poker and new âWSOP Buck Huntâ game.
When?
Sunday, July 2nd at 3pm ET is the big day for ACR players looking to book their spot in the event won last year by Qui Nguyen â and the good news this year is that you wonât have to come back for the November Nine if you turn your ACR win into a final table run.
What do I do if I win a package?
- Once you win your package, youâll see the cash paid directly into your account. ACR suggest cashing out using Bitcoin, as the WSOP Main Event starts just six days later (July 8th) and they âguarantee youâll receive your Bitcoin payout within 24 hoursâ of requesting it.
Itâs a pretty amazing offer â fifty packages being about, well, fifty times more than the usual offer from online sites. If Vegas and the Main Event is on your poker bucket-list, itâs doubtful if youâll find a better chance of making it anywhere else.
