Dan Bilzerian may soon be showing his more than five million Instagram followers photos of the inside of a jail cell.

Just days after making headlines for allegedly kicking a woman in the face at a Miami nightclub, the "King of Instagram" was arrested after landing at Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday, facing felony charges related to making incendiary devices or bombs.

TMZ reported that a Clark County, Nevada arrest warrant issued for Bilzerian accuses the 34-year-old of possessing components of an incendiary device and also with intent of manufacturing explosives. Ammonium, aluminum powder, and ammonium nitrate mix are the elements Bilzerian is accused of possessing -- an explosive mixture whose combination is akin to TNT or dynamite.

The warrant was filed under seal one month ago, apparently in order to continue investigating Bilzerian and co-defendant Jeremy Guymon. The Instagram sensation was reportedly released from custody by California authorities on Wednesday.

Bilzerian has ties to the world of poker, but are largely based on his boasts of winning millions in high stakes cash games. On the live tournament scene, the Hendon Mob DB lists one cash for Bilzerian, a 180th place finish in the 2009 WSOP Main Event good for $36,626.

It's more likely that the bulk of his wealth comes from a trust fund set up by his father, Paul Bilzerian, a specialist in corporate takeovers who had his own run-ins with the law. The elder Bilzerian, a graduate of Stanford University and the elite Harvard Business School, spent 13 months behind bars after being convicted on fraud and conspiracy charges in 1989.

Bilzerian faces up to six years in prison on the explosives charges. His next court date in Las Vegas Justice Court is January 9.
