Lex Veldhuis’s Twitch Community Comes to the Rescue of One Member

Lex Veldhuis is one of the most popular poker streamers on Twitch. He has a large and dedicated following, and his community is known for being friendly and welcoming. Luckily for one member of this community, the other members were able to step up and help her out of a pickle the other day.

“Amazing thing just happened in my stream: A stream regular lost her bag in a bus from Frankfurt airport. She was already on her way home to NL, while the bag was on its way to Munich, Germany. She contacted me if I would please ask my chat if anyone was from Munich and could try and intercept it. Her passport, US Visa, and lots of important documents were in there. NCi_ from the chat replied he could go have a look. Two hours later NCi_ had found the bus and retrieved the bag! Wholesome. Power of the internet.”

Nadia was travelling to Munich from Frankfurt and left her bag on the bus. While in a panic at the airport, Nadia relayed the story to Veldhuis who thought he would try a long shot of asking for assistance in the chat, and they did. Andy, known in the Twitch streets as Nci__, was in Munich and offered to help Nadia find her bag, which he did successfully.

He contacted the bus company who were able to track the bag down and return it to Nadia within only two hours.

Veldhuis was so touched by the gesture that he gifted Andy two free training course bundles from BBZ Poker for his selflessness.
