Natasha Sandhu PokerTube Column - Part 1

Hello everyone!!

So, this is my column, I will be updating this every fortnight. The topic of what I talk about will vary, depending on what I have been doing, what I think you would love to read about, any poker events I may have attended or any poker tournaments I may have played in. I am also happy to take suggestions from you, the readers, on what would interest you!

Most of you will already be familiar with who I am. For those who aren’t - my name is Natasha Sandhu. I am a host at PokerTube, I got into working with them as I am Sam Trickett’s former fiancé. Now that I and Sam have parted ways, I will be continuing my work with PokerTube. The guys here have been brilliant and I think I have much more to give as my own person.

Getting to know me –

I am the middle child with an older brother and a younger sister. I am half Indian, as my dad is Indian and my mum is English. I also seem to have a little bit of crazy in me too (I don’t know which of them that’s come from haha). I have two dogs that are possibly the most spoilt dogs in the world. I live in a small town along with all my friends that I have had for years.

By day I am a personal travel consultant. By night my life varies; I am either a full-on coach potato and love rubbish TV or I am out with my friends, enjoying a drink and dancing. I like to keep fit and healthy and keep the gym up, my dad is a boxing coach so I often go up to his gym and practice my punch, ha! The most exciting thing I have done in my life recently was buying myself a car yesterday!

It’s Christmas! –

So my plans for this year are of course going to be a little different. I will be spending it at home with my mum and dad. I think it will be a quite one this year, maybe visit a few Christmas markets, have a few nights out with friends. I have had a lot going on this past few months so I’m looking forward to just a quiet, relaxing Christmas with the family. As for the New Years Eve I will be celebrating; I’m just not sure how or where yet. 2014 hasn’t been a great year for me but I have a good feeling about 2015. New Year - new start, so I am exciting to see the new year in!

2015 –

What you can expect to see from me in 2015 will be more to do with the world of poker, the ins and outs, more involving players or about players. There will also be more interaction with you as the readers, competitions and much more!
