Party Poker Announces Biggest POWERFEST Ever With $40 Million GTD

Next month will be huge at Party Poker when the revamped poker site hosts its largest ever POWERFEST series consisting of 366 events that will pay out $40,000,000 in guaranteed prize money.

It's two solid weeks of action-packed excitement and massive prize pools including 13 tournaments that guarantee $1 million in prize money. A total of 17 Championship trophies will be awarded to winners and it all goes down from May 6-20 at Party Poker.

Site ambassador Patrick Leonard called it:

"the most varied, exciting and fun POWERFEST schedule since Party Poker’s resurrection a few years ago. I don’t think I’ll take a day off over the 2 weeks.”

The entire schedule has yet to be released but Party Poker has promised to do so shortly. That includes the announcement of promotions tied in with the festival.

“I don’t know who keeps coming up with these insane guarantees, but it sure is a great time to be playing with Party Poker," said Jason Koon. "I’ve seen the schedule and I can’t wait for players to see it too. It’s definitely the best one yet.”

This marks the second POWERFEST of 2018 and this edition will be Party Poker's biggest GTD series ever. A number of ways to qualify via satellites will be offered.
