Phil Hellmuth Caught Giving a Poker Lesson to Khloe Kardashian3 weeks ago
Shortly after his recent win against Daniel Negreanu in the high-stakes heads-up challenge of the High Stakes Duel, poker legend Phil Hellmuth was seemingly caught giving a poker lesson to Khloe Kardashian.
The "incriminating" photos posted on Hellmuth's own twitter feed with the caption "poker lesson" also featured another "Keeping up with the Kardashians" alum Scott Disick, who appeared not to be amused by the progression of the lesson.
Everyone that already follows the poker legends' social media output are familiar with the fact that Hellmuth is no stranger to celebrity encounters. Besides hosting a number of high-profile poker events, Hellmuth famously appeared as the Master of Ceremonies for the 2018 Los Angeles City of Hope charity tournament. The $5,000 buy-in tournament included such celebrities as actors Kevin Pollak and David Arquette, MMA fighter Tito Ortiz and others.
Hellmuth, a 15-time WSOP bracelet winner, is scheduled to continue his heads-up challenge with Negreanu on the 5th of May this year. Their last matchup included an impressive comeback from Hellmuth who overcame a big deficit to eventually win the first match. The stakes are doubling for the next round as the buy in raises to $100,000 for each player. Pokershares odds give a slight edge to Negreanu who is -167 compared to Hellmuth's +147.
