September 6, 2014So, in my manic state last night, i decided to engage in a rendezvous that ended less than 5 minutes ago. i spent ~8.5 hours fu**king 3 strippers/hookers and spent ~11k. discuss the merits of what i did. or dont.
Rubin's disappearance created quite a fuss on 2+2, as he is a regular poster with nearly 70,000 posts and from the reaction of other members, it seems he is very liked and respected in the community. However, it also appears that Rubin often puts himself in high-risk situations, which reinforces the possibility of something bad happening to him.
According to forum posts of people who knew him either personally or from the online environment, 'Anarchist' was dealing with some mental issues and these problems would often lead to manic episodes which involved drugs, prostitutes and other forms of risky behavior.
In the days leading to his disappearance, Rubin got in several altercations with some shady people in and around Las Vegas (according to his own reports). This, combined with the fact that he had a habit of carrying a lot of cash around, does not sound reassuring after a full week without any type of contact with those closest to him.
I've been travelling with harry and splitting rooms with him in LA and Vegas. I've been leading the investigation on finding him. Police and family are now involved. He's been missing since Sunday. No word, no solid leads. It's not looking good and I do fear the possibility of foul play. ECGridner; Two Plus Two member ‘ECGrinder’, who’s been traveling and sharing room with Rubin, also expressed his concerns about the possibility of the worst happening. Sadly, although he was well liked in the community, it is not out of the realm of possibility that his risky behavior took its toll.
While numerous forum members continue hoping for the best, there are still no new leads in this case. Hopefully things will turn out for the best and ‘Anarchist’ will be back posting and playing soon. We will keep an eye out on the development and keep you updated.
