The video, which was posted to the popular account, shows a player at the King’s Resort- who seems to have drunk himself completely out of contention.

The amusing post, which currently sits at just over 5000 views, appears to have been taken on a fellow player's smartphone. Simply captioned “Drunk Fish 😂” it is a perfect depiction of a relatable poker moment.

Practically every cards player has found themselves at the table with a fish- someone who is so clearly out of their depth they are practically begging to have their money taken. If you have never found yourself at a table with a fish- then I’m afraid I have some bad news for you…

It is unclear what level of skill or knowledge the man in this video originally had- if he did have any poker game at all, it seems to have disappeared several drinks ago.

Despite having a sizeable stack of chips sitting next to him, this boozed-up player is totally unaware of what is happening at the table. Repeatedly asking other players when he is allowed to bet, and how much he is allowed to bet.

After being dealt his cards, the player takes a not-so-subtle glance before loudly announcing “I got a sick fucking hand” multiple times. His confidence leads him to bet around $160 in chips.

Unfortunately- we do not get to see how things panned out for our drunk fish friend. The video cuts off before the hand is finished being played.

Some commenters seemed slightly concerned for the man- having so much money at stake whilst barely being able to talk properly.

Others, of course, saw the funny side of the situation.

I would like to think he won it big and went on to have the night of his life- although something tells me this is fairly unlikely, seeing as how he was barely dexterous enough to place his chips on the table.
