We at Pokertube always enjoy bringing you new and exciting tournaments in cooperation with our partner rooms with added prizes in form of cash or cool gadgets that you can use to have fun and show off to your friends. Just recently, we held a series of tournaments on William Hill awarding a lot of added money + Play Station 4 or an Xbox for the winner of every weekly event.
Our summer schedule has a lot to offer as well, as three great promotions will be kicking off real soon. The tournaments will be running starting from July 8 to beginning of September on three partner rooms: Buzz Poker, William Hill and Ladbrokes Poker, with buyins as low as €2.20 and not higher than €5.50, so everyone can get in the mix. Weekly events will be taking place on Monday and Tuesday evenings every week until September.
Dabear Bounty Tournaments on Buzz Poker
We start with the Buzz Bear Bounty Tournament Series, with the first event taking place on Tuesday, July 8th. ‘Dabear’ is back ladies and gentlemen, and older Pokertube members certainly still remember his pro-commentary of tournament action coupled with a lot of banter and couple Stellas along the way.
The tournaments will be taking place weekly on Buzz poker, at 21:00 CET, featuring bounty on ‘Dabear’s’ head, worth €30, plus an added €30 token for The Hive big Sunday tournament for the winner. You get the shot at all of this plus being featured on Pokertube, as good old Bear will be recording and commentating for everyone’s viewing pleasure, for €5.50 entry fee. All you need to do is sign up to Buzz Poker via Pokertube, and you are set to go. The old accounts tracked through Pokertube are, as always, welcome!
Monthly League on William Hill
Pokertube members have always been fans of league formats. In the past there have been some real sweats as things were coming close to a conclusion, and it was fun for everyone. Those playing were looking to maintain their positions or snatch those extra points, while the rail always had their favorite picks.
This summer, there is not one, but two leagues for everyone to enjoy. Starting Monday, July 14th, there will be a weekly tournament taking place on William Hill (20:00 GMT) for all the Pokertubers. Every tournament will have €250 added to the prize pool, and the leaderboard will be run on a monthly basis. On the beginning of every month, it will be reset and the winner will receive Playstation 4. For the runner up, there is an iPad mini in store, while those finishing 3rd-10th will receive €25 entry to the WH Sunday Special Tournament.
Tournaments are open for all players who have their William Hill account tracked to Poker Tube, and if you still do not have one, you can register your William Hill account with us and make sure to use the code PTWH when registering. The league will last until September, and you can find more detailed information about points’ structure and everything else in this forum thread.
Ladbrokes Super League
The other league, also lasting July – September, will be taking place on Ladbrokes Poker. The first tournament of the Ladbroke’s Superleague will be taking place on Tuesday, July 15th, at 20:00 GMT, featuring 30 minute late registration.
Buyin of €2.20 will get you a seat in the €150 cash-added tournament, plus a shot at the leaderboard prizes. The league is scheduled to run for eight weeks, and the player with most points when it is all said and done will receive a cash prize of €300. The runner up will take home €200, while the third place finisher will bank €100 on top of all the prize money won throughout the series.
The Super League is open to all previously registered Poker Tube players and to those who still do not have account and sign-up via Poker Tube. Additional explanations with full schedule and points’ structure are located in this forum thread.
We cannot promise the full video coverage of all the league tournaments, but we will try our best to feature some of them at least. There will also be written updates about the past week’s action, covering the most important highlights, leaderboard changes etc.
Once again, Pokertube brings its members a lot of value-added tournaments and whether you are an amateur player who loves to play poker in spare time or a professional looking for good value, these are simply too good to pass. Looking forward to seeing you at the tables and yes, I will be playing in one of the leagues at least.
