WPN Online Super Series Begins Nov. 27

The Winning Poker Network (WPN) has announced that it will play host to Online Super Series V, a whopping 76 events crammed into 10 days of exciting, non-stop online poker action.

Those 76 events will run from November 27 through December 6 and the combined guaranteed prize pool is set at $2.6 million. The 27th of November is the day after Thanksgiving, so after you've stuffed yourself with turkey, log on to your computer and stuff yourself with some online tournament poker.

The Main Event on Dec. 6 at 5:00 p.m. EST features a $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool. Players will sit down with a starting chip stack of 10,000, and late registration will remain open for five hours.

Re-entries are permitted.

Satellites Running Now

The buy-in for the Main Event is $540. But you can win your seat for a fraction of that via a bunch of satellites hosted by skins such as WPN's flagship poker site, America's Cardroom.

There are a wide variety of game types, buy-ins and guarantees on the OSS V schedule, making sure that players on any and every budget are included. The lowest buy-in is just seven cents ($0.07), and the highest is the previously mentioned Main Event. Twenty of the 76 tournaments have entry fees between $10 and $22.

The OSS V kicks off at 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday, Nov. 27 with a $10,000 GTD Knockout event that reserves $2 of each $13 buy-in into a bounty pool paid out for each player eliminated. There are at least six tournaments on the schedule each day of the 10-day festival.
